Last November there was talk of the upcoming production of some high budget television films produced by AMC focused on the character, now no longer present in the series, of Rick Grimes, played by Andrew Lincoln.

Well, Universal Pictures has announced that it will bring one of these films to theaters (it is not yet clear whether the same fate will be reserved for the others). Few other details at the moment, the project does not yet have a title, but a first teaser is already available.

Recall that last September Josh Sapan, CEO of AMC, had spoken of particularly ambitious plans regarding the future of The Walking Dead. HERE you can find more information.
